It has been really beneficial as the economy ebbs and flows. So when unemployment is really low and we’re competing against other staffing agencies for the same pool of candidates, it’s great to be able to offer good benefits to those candidates.

The communication that we’ve had is great. I always feel like if I need something, there’s always someone there that I can reach out to. It’s usually a quick response, so that’s always a positive. It helps with retention as well, because they have that safety net while they’re on assignment and have those benefits. I think it definitely makes a difference, when it comes to attracting and retaining employees for sure.
